Watch what God does, and then you do it, like children who learn behavior from their parents. Mostly what God does is love you. Keep company with God and learn a life of love. Observe how Jesus loved us. His love was not cautious but extravagant. He didn’t love in order to get something from us but to give everything of himself to us. Love like that. – Ephesians 5:1-2
Living a Good Life can be really hard to do. When we are unsure what to do, and how to act we are invited to follow Jesus. To look at his life and example and see how to live.
Prayer labyrinths were first thought to be used in 325 CE. For hundreds of year they have been used a tool to help Christians focus and connect with God. Life the journey of our life and faith their and twists and turns and we required to continually move forward. There are no dead ends, start at the opening and walk to the centre, take a few moments to reflect and think and then slow walk back out again.
You may choose to take off you shoes and slowly walk the prayer labyrinth on the floor. Or grab a printed labyrinth, sit in one of the chairs and follow it with your finger.
As you do this think about who you follow in your life, and what it means to you to be Living a Good Life.
