God has given us all an amazing gift of their love and their presence with us. It can be difficult at time for us to remember this and to be grateful for it. This is the same with our whole lives, we can struggle to see and be grateful.
In recent years we have learnt that the practices of mindfulness and gratitude have a positive impact on our mental and emotional health. Take some time to be mindful.
You could choose to put your hands in the kinetic sand.
Make a mini Zen garden.
As you do these task think about the things you are grateful for in your life and in your faith.

Mindful task you could do at home are going for a walk, doing some gardening, printing off this month colouring sheet, listening to music, or writing in your own journal.
